The "Customer Communications" feature in Renterra allows you to streamline and personalize your interactions with customers at various points throughout their rental experience. This tool empowers you to customize and automate email and SMS messages for key rental milestones, ensuring timely and relevant communication.
To access this new feature, head to Admin -> Communications

We've added the ability to edit even more details on your invoices. By editing an invoice you will be able to:
Keep track of any changes by viewing the recent activity on an invoice. This allows you to see what changes were made, when they were made, and who made them. The recent activity will also show when the invoice is sent and to whom it was sent.
Unlock the power of your data with Renterra's new and improved analytics dashboard! Explore detailed reporting on your Assets, Financial, and overall Company performance.
Gain control over your reporting with the power of drilling down. This option provides a deeper, more detailed view by extending data analysis one step further. For instance, you can drill down from categories to analyze the Time Utilization of each individual item.
Search your insights with a simple question and save the report for easy access later. Provide feedback to our team by letting us know whether or not Ask Renterra answered your question by using the checkmark or x.
Discover a selection of ready-made reports for easy access to essential information. Reports can be easily downloaded in Excel or csv. format.

Hi there,
We are excited to share that you can now send your customers Payment Links for Deposits.
On the deposit Drawer, you can now click the "Send Link" button in order to collect deposits via SMS/Email.
When your customer receives the link and goes to pay a deposit, this is what they will see.
