Credit Card & Payment Processing Fees

Automatically pass credit card and other payment processing fees to your customers. Set flat fees, percentages, or both for each payment method—helping you protect your margins and simplify fee management.

Link Maintenance Orders to Rental Orders
Link an internal work order or service order directly to a rental order so all related service charges appear on the same invoice. This makes billing seamless and keeps everything connected—no more manual tracking or separate invoices.

💡Improvements

  • Easily Share Customer Intake Form: The redesigned “Add New Customer” form has clearer instructions and a printable QR code, making it easy to collect info in person or online.
  • Edit Order Timeline Checkpoints: Edit notes, add or remove photos and videos, and change custom checkpoint names. All changes are tracked in the audit log.
  • Edit Customer Details from the Order Page: Update customer information directly from the Order—no need to switch pages.
  • Edit Work Order Items After Creation: Update descriptions, tax exemption status, and costs for work order items even after they're created.
  • Speed Up Bulk Check-ins: Use the new “Mark All” button on the Check-In screen to set all items to “Ok for Rent” or “Needs Review” at once, saving time on big check-ins.
  • See Vendor & Condition Details in One Place: View and edit vendor and condition details directly on inventory pages.
  • More Details on Statements: Statements now include extra information like PO numbers, job numbers, and job descriptions, making it easier to match statements to your records.
  • Less Manual Work on Split Invoices: Invoices now show clear, positive amounts when order items are split—making billing easier to understand and reducing manual editing.
  • Automatic Ledger Mapping for Slot Items: Items in slots now automatically use the slot's rental and sales ledger accounts, reducing manual mapping and increasing consistency.
  • Cross-Branch Dispatch Allowed: Drivers can see all their assigned deliveries and pickups from any branch, not just their home branch.

🛠️ Bug Fixes

  • Insurance Expiration Notifications: Fixed timing configuration options for setting when reminders are sent
  • Storefront Business Hours - Now correctly enforces business hours for rental quote requests
  • Export Full Ledger - Exporting Accounting ledger now includes all ledger columns
  • Driver License Date of Birth: Corrected off-by-one-day display errors
