Connect Renterra to the tools you already use. A public API and webhooks let you pull Renterra data into another system, or build your own features on top of it.

Dispatch Calendar

Switch the dispatch page from the board to a driver-by-driver calendar, and schedule by dragging instead of setting times one stop at a time.

• Day, week, and month views, with a mini calendar in the side panel for jumping to a date.
• Drag a job onto a driver's lane to schedule it, and drag its edge to change how long it takes.
• Unassigned work sits in its own column beside the calendar, so you can pull from it as you plan.
• Drag an overdue route straight from the rail onto the day you're moving it to.
• See completed dispatches on the calendar, with the time each one was finished.

💡 Improvements

• Customers have their own Phone field: separate from contact phones, shown on the customer and on orders, and searchable.
• Set a default payment method when you add it: so it's pre-selected on future payments.
• Refund terminal payments from the Credit Card refund list: Credit Card Terminal payments can now be refunded there.
• Choose the date basis on the Customer Aging Report: age invoices by creation date or due date.
• Vendors sync to QBO like customers do: linking, create-on-sync, health status, and retries.
• Search part bin numbers from global search.
• "View Order History" is back in the Inventory menu.
• Checklist photos show on timeline cards.
• An invoice icon on custom dispatch cards shows when an invoice has already been created for that dispatch.
• Hide pickups still awaiting call-off with a new Dispatch Board filter.

🛠 Bug Fixes

• Firefox performance: pages loaded far slower in Firefox than in other browsers. Cut the work Firefox does on load.
• QBO Duplicate customers: if your QuickBooks authorization had expired, submitting a new customer failed but still saved it — so retrying created a duplicate.
• Orders Excel export: the Item Summary column exported raw data instead of the item descriptions.

• Separate delivery and pickup addresses: orders can have a different address for delivery and for pickup.
• Dispatch Fee Customization: set delivery fees with more flexibility, including by time and geographic zone, so your charges better reflect the real cost of each trip.
