Prioritize Maintenance Work Orders

Drag work orders up or down on the maintenance Kanban to set the order the assigned staff member works through them. The order carries over to their view, so staff just work top to bottom.

You can also rearrange the staff columns themselves with the Rearrange Staff button.

Create Items from a Purchase Order

Create Item on a purchase order lets you add something that isn't in your inventory yet without leaving the PO. Pick Create New Part or Create New Bulk / Sale Item, fill in the details, and it drops straight onto the PO line.

The new item is created with stock 0 and picks up its stock when you receive the item on the PO, so ordering something for the first time is one flow instead of two.

Create Item is on both the new purchase order flow and any existing purchase order.

Merge Purchase Orders

Combine several purchase orders into one. Open a draft or open PO, choose Merge Purchase Orders, and pick the other draft and open POs for the same vendor and branch location. You get a review step showing exactly what will move before anything is combined.

This is the fastest way to consolidate a batch of auto-generated POs into a single order to send the vendor.

📢 Heads Up

• Create Invoice has a new layout: the same options and the same preview, now side by side instead of stacked, so you can see the invoice as you set it up.

• Communications settings are now Message Templates: in Admin, the Communications card is renamed to Message Templates, and it covers your templates, snippets, and automation. Same settings, new name.

💡 Improvements

• See Total Value on the Inventory table: a new Total Value column showing stock multiplied by purchase price.

• Add a message for rental packets: write a custom message when sending a rental packet without touching the saved template.

• Filter Accounting and Invoices pages by multiple locations: location filters across both sections now accept more than one location at a time.

• Filter Statements by multiple orders: pick several orders at once when building a statement.

• See every fee on a Quick Sale: all predefined fees now show in the Quick Sale fee selector, and the ones that don't apply to a Quick Sale appear disabled with a tooltip explaining why.

• Scroll the Dispatch and Maintenance boards sideways: a horizontal scrollbar appears whenever there are more columns than fit on screen.

• Choose how dates display in any table: the Format Date column menu is on every table grid and remembers your choice.

🛠 Bug Fixes

• Orders with linked work order: an order now moves to Completed once all its rental items are checked in, even if there is a linked work order.

• Failed ACH deposits included in Payment Failed notification: a deposit-only ACH charge that fails now triggers the Payment Failed notification.

• Order dates: typing a two-digit year like 06/29/26 now fills in as 2026, and dates before 1900 are rejected.

• Exports on mobile: table exports now work from your phone.
