  • Saved Table Views: Save your own filtered views on Customers, Inventory, Maintenance, and Bills tables. Date range presets like "Last 30 days" now update dynamically, so your saved views stay current. We've also added helpful defaults like "With Balance" for Customers and "On Rent" for Inventory.
  • Invoice Period in Invoice List: See the billing period for each invoice directly in the Order > Document History.
  • Clickable Contact Info: Email and phone numbers on customer contact cards are now clickable on both mobile and desktop.
  • Addresses on Dispatch Cards: Delivery and pickup addresses now appear on dispatch cards, so drivers and dispatchers can see job locations at a glance.
  • Pending and Outstanding on Maintenance List: See pending and outstanding amounts directly in the maintenance table.
  • Driver Logistics Filters: The Field Logistics page now has a full filter drawer with date range, assigned driver, and actionable/inactionable filters.
  • Reservation Created Notification: Get notified when reservations are created in your systemβ€”configure in notification settings.
  • Email Column on Statements: Statements table now shows customer email for quick reference.
  • QuickBooks Transaction Sync: Sync payouts alongside your transactions, and payment sync is no longer blocked by invoice errors.
  • QuickBooks Journal Entry Sync: Ability to split out ledger entries by customer and/or location for more detailed reporting in QuickBooks.
  • Archived Ledger Accounts: Archived ledger accounts now display in their own section, and you can unarchive them when needed.
  • 4-Week Billing Cycle Duration Input: For organizations using 4-week billing cycles, typing "m" (month) in duration inputs is now disabled to prevent confusion.

πŸ›  Bug Fixes

  • QuickBooks Transactions Sync Item Creation: Fixed an issue where items synced with "Auto-Create Inventory on Sync" were using the Sale Ledger Account even when the item was rented. This is corrected going forward. If you previously synced items, you may want to verify the account mapping in QuickBooks.
  • Bulk Item Availability: Fixed an issue where bulk items were incorrectly blocked from checkout when a hard-down work order existed. The system now checks actual available stock at the checkout location.
  • Slot Item Location Filter: Location filter now applies correctly when searching slot items.
