Track depreciation on your equipment directly in Renterra. Set up straight-line depreciation that runs monthly, view accumulated depreciation, and get a clearer picture of asset ROI and values over time.

CC, BCC, and Attachments on Emails

Add CC and BCC recipients when sending invoices, statements, quotes, work orders, and other emails to your customers. You can also attach files from your document library to any outgoing email.

This gives you more control over what your customers see and who's kept in the loop, right from Renterra.

• Edit work order line items: Adjust quantities, pricing, and ledger accounts on work orders after creation.
• Parts sales history: See where your parts are going—view order sales and work order usage from the three-dot menu on any part.
• Mobile order sorting: Sort your orders list on mobile.

• Invoice date filtering: Filter Invoices by created date to suit your reporting needs.
• Statement PDF filenames: Now include the customer name for easier organization.
